Trust In SODA is seeking an Engineering Team Lead for our Platform to guide a backend team, shape architecture and drive AI-enabled development.

You’ll stay hands-on, write code, own core services at scale, design secure APIs and microservices, and partner with Product Management across the platform.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience leading and developing engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience with Kotlin and Spring Boot.

• Interest in AI and agentic AI development is a bonus.

• Proven experience leading and developing engineering teams
