We’re now looking for an experienced and strategic Director of Engineering to help us scale our engineering organization to the next level. In this role, you’ll lead a growing team of talented engineers, shape the future of our tech stack and architecture, and play a critical role in driving the delivery of our ambitious product roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Lead, grow, and mentor high-performing engineering teams through rapid scaling stages
• Build the structures, processes, and culture needed to support engineering excellence as the organization grows
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Leadership to align technology with business goals
• Own and evolve the technical roadmap, architecture, and development best practices
• Ensure high levels of engineering quality, velocity, and team satisfaction
• Be a hands-on leader when needed — offering technical guidance, resolving complex problems, and unblocking teams
• Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and scaling engineering teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Strong technical background in modern cloud-based architectures and software development best practices
• A track record of building scalable systems and shipping impactful products
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with a rolling up-your-sleeves mentality
• Experience working in or with product-led organizations is a plus
• Passion for building not just great software, but strong teams and empowering cultures
