In this technologically exciting environment, you and your product team will work on application solutions for (automatic) data exchange and data management for various business domains and SMT-specific processes.
As Head of Data Processing Services (f/m/x), you will lead a diverse product team of Lead Developers, Solution Designers, Solution Managers and DevOps Engineers. Together with your team and other stakeholders, you will shape the thematic roadmap. In line with the thematic focus, you will support the personal and professional development of your employees. To this end, you use modern leadership methods such as continuous feedback and establish a creative and collaborative working culture. In addition to your disciplinary leadership responsibilities, you hold end-to-end responsibility for a portfolio of software products throughout their entire lifecycle.
You ensure that business and functional requirements are precisely understood, validated and prioritized together with Solution Designers and the business departments. In close coordination with relevant stakeholders such as IT Operations and Security, you also derive robust non-functional requirements (e.g. with regard to scalability, security and operations). As a technical sparring partner, you support the development of resilient solution designs by analyzing and evaluating existing applications, data structures and system architectures. You are responsible for the efficient organization and continuous improvement of the development process.
