The role requires an above‑average degree in mechanical/mechatronics engineering or physics, strong experience with complex mechatronic systems, and proficiency in modeling/simulation (Ansys, Python).

Qualifikationen

• Above-average degree in mechanical or mechatronics engineering, physics or a comparable technical degree.
• Experience in the development of highly complex mechatronic systems and a comprehensive understanding of systems through knowledge, particularly in structural system mechanics and measurement technology (electron microscopy).
• Proven experience in system dynamics (FEM / modal analysis) and trainings/certifications in this field are advantageous.
• Ability to design complex systems using modeling and simulation methods (e.g., Ansys, Python; DOE; FMEA) is a plus.
• Ability to manage uncertainty in a rapidly changing environment; strong collaboration and communication skills.

• Test prototypes in the laboratory or cleanroom and create the technical documentation to ensure the product's performance and manage technical data (PRD, material master data).

Your Profile

• above-average degree in mechanical- / mechatronics engineering, physics or a comparable technical degree
• experience in the development of highly complex mechatronic systems and a comprehensive understanding of systems through your knowledge, particularly in the fields of structural system mechanics and measurement technology (electron microscopy)
• proven experience in system dynamics (FEM / modal analysis / practical analysis on machines) and further trainings and/or certification in this field is an advantage
• possess knowledge and skills to design complex systems using suitable modeling and simulation methods (e.g., Ansys, Python, Design of Experiments; FMEA, etc.) is a plus
• ability to manage uncertainty in a rapidly changing environment
• collaboration and conflict resolution skills
• willingness to travel abroad for work
• excellent oral and written communication skills in English, German language is a plus
