above-average degree in mechatronics, electrical engineering, physics, or a comparable technical degree experience in the development of highly complex mechatronic systems, high- voltage machines, vacuum or electromagnetic devices and a comprehensive understanding of systems through your knowledge, particularly in the fields of semiconductor and measurement technology (electron microscopy) proven experience in the development of wafers positioning systems for a measurement process is an advantage possess knowledge and skills to design complex systems using suitable modeling and simulation methods (e.g., Design of Experiments, Python, FMEA, etc.) excellent oral and written communication skills in English, German language is a plus ability to manage uncertainty in a rapidly changing environment collaboration and conflict resolution skills willingness to travel abroad for work
