Zusammenfassung

ZEISS SMT R&D is seeking a Process Architect to actively shape end-to-end process landscape. You will map, architect, and continuously improve processes while taking on project leadership roles to drive strategic initiatives in processes, organization, and tools.

You will analyze workflows, define interfaces, and support Process Owners to design methodically sound processes, leading cross-functional projects and harmonizing processes across functions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in process management / process architecture.
• Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and experience with tools such as Signavio

Your role
