Your Role
- You will be responsible for the development, verification and integration of mechatronics modules in a high-end wafer tool
- You implement different measurement methods to optimize the qualification of modules in the interaction within the system
- You develop and carry out tests on module and system level to ensure system functionality and reliability
- You lead internal and external development partners for mechatronic components within an international network
- You be part of the product development and drive improvements on module level and on entire system level
Your Profile
- Very good degree in mechatronics, electrical engineering, physics, or a comparable technical degree
- Experience in the development and design of highly complex mechatronic and/or high-voltage machines or systems, ideally in areas of electron microscopy and/or semiconductor technology
- Comprehensive understanding of systems, particularly in the fields of mechatronics, electronics, control engineering and measurement technology
- Possess knowledge and skills to design complex systems using suitable modeling and simulation methods (e.g., Design of Experiments, MATLAB, Python, etc.)
- Ability to manage uncertainty in a rapidly changing environment and willingness to travel abroad for work (approx. 20-40%)
- A high degree of organizational skills, collaboration and conflict resolution skills, agility, flexibility and an independent, structured and proactive approach to work
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, command of German language is a plus
