Camino Search is recruiting for a Head of Accounting to own and develop the central finance function within a fast-growing technology business. You will lead the group consolidation, oversee IFRS financial reporting, and manage a small accounting team.

The role focuses on strengthening controls, refining processes, and delivering accurate monthly group reports to senior stakeholders, driving efficiency and growth across the accounting function.

Qualifikationen

• Previous people leadership experience or desire to take the next step into a team leadership role.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the consolidation process across the Group.
• Review and improve existing accounting processes, controls and systems to support the continued growth of the business.
• Manage a small team of accountants.
• Own the monthly group reporting process, including reporting to senior stakeholders
• Lead the Group Accounting function, overseeing the preparation of consolidated financial statements under IFRS.
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and take ownership of implementing improvements across the accounting function.

What we're looking for

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and HGB.
• Experience with group consolidation and financial reporting.
• Previous people leadership experience, or a strong desire to take the next step into a team leadership role.
