Camino Search partners with a fast-growing international e-commerce company to hire a Director of Accounting to lead and scale the global accounting function. This senior role works closely with the Group CFO to shape the finance function as the business scales.

Based in Berlin with hybrid work (minimum two days in the office), you will oversee statutory close, reporting, IFRS translation, and consolidation across multiple entities while mentoring an international team.

Qualifikationen

• 9+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 5 years leading international teams.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and German GAAP (HGB); Polish accounting standards a plus.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite.
• Proven track record of consolidations across multinational entities and implementing accounting systems.
• Experience in high-growth e-commerce or marketplace businesses is highly preferred.
• Exposure to finance digital transformation, RPA, and process automation is advantageous.
• Fluent in German and English; Polish is a strong asset.

• Partner closely with the CFO and senior leadership on strategic decision-making, financial analysis, and reporting.
