Heidelberg Marriott Hotel is seeking a Service Employee to deliver outstanding guest service for food and beverage offerings across breakfast, dining areas, and events. You will collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service and maintain high hygiene standards.

Ideal candidates are passionate about hospitality, fluent in German and English, and have completed hospitality or gastronomy training or have relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• You are the point of contact for our guests regarding food and beverage topics
• You serve food and drinks, whether at breakfast, in the restaurant, or at events
• Together with the team, you ensure smooth service operations
• You are responsible for the preparation of the mise en place
• "Clean as you go" is second nature to you, and you ensure hygiene standards are maintained

• You have completed training in hospitality or gastronomy or have experience in a similar position
