Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor seeks an experienced Affiliate Marketing Lead to build and scale a global fintech affiliate program in the crypto space. You will recruit top partners, manage relationships, and drive funded wallets and trader acquisition on Phantom.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Data teams, optimize campaigns, and report on clicks, ROI, and revenue using Impact tracking. A passion for crypto and web3 is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of experience in affiliate marketing for consumer fintech businesses, preferably app-based.
• Proven success launching affiliate programs at global scale.
• Deep understanding of affiliate ecosystems in crypto (publishers, KOLs, influencers).
• Cross-functional experience with Product and Data and managing external agencies.
• Excellent communication and storytelling to convey product benefits through branded content.
• Passion for crypto, web3, and decentralized finance, or willingness to learn.
