Position

Full time position, reporting directly to theCMO of Gold Avenue with dotted line to the Chief Growth Officer of theBullion International Group

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, data-driven Growth Manager to spearhead user and revenue growth across European markets . This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, marketing, and product while also being hands-on with the details and delivery. You’ll play a key role in launching and scaling OneGold’s next-generation gold-backed financial products, driving acquisition, activation, and engagement across the region.

You will work closely with product, marketing, operations, and leadership teams, including with OneGold USA and daily with the Gold Avenue team in Geneva to execute localized growth strategies, optimize “run the engine” duties while co-creating and driving efficiencies across all acquisition and partnership channels to ensure strong traction in priority European markets.

Key Responsibilities

Market Growth & Acquisition

• Develop and execute regional growth strategies across digital channels, partnerships, and fintech ecosystems
• Manage customer acquisition efforts using performance marketing, content, SEO, and community engagement
• Identify and pursue regional business development and partnership opportunities to drive user growth

Localization & Go-to-Market Execution

• Provide input into product and UX localization to meet regulatory, cultural, and market-specific needs
• Shape GTM strategies for new product launches in Europe, including messaging, positioning, and channel mix
• Act as the local voice of the customer to help refine product features and roadmap priorities

Performance Analysis & Optimization

• Monitor KPIs across acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention funnels
• Design and run experiments to optimize marketing campaigns, onboarding flows, and engagement tactics
• Share insights and collaborate with global teams to scale best practices
• Budget and P&L management & optimization

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or product marketing roles, ideally in fintech, crypto, or consumer finance
• Deep understanding of European consumer behaviors and financial landscapes
• Proven track record of growing user bases through digital channels and strategic partnerships
• Comfortable using data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Looker) to make decisions
• Bi-lingual – English + either German, French, Italian, Dutch or Spanish
• Self-starter with a bias for action and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
