Connect-AI in Munich is seeking a founding GTM Engineer to fuse growth, RevOps, automation and hands-on sales to design the company's commercial engine.
You’ll own GTM experiments across outbound, inbound, ABM, LinkedIn, and paid channels; build CRM workflows and data quality; develop segmentation and messaging for healthcare customers. Speak with prospects, drive deals and establish repeatable processes for a scalable playbook.
Preventive healthcare still relies heavily on appointments, hardware and invasive testing. This early-stage healthtech company is taking a different approach: using signals already available through a smartphone to make health screening easier and more accessible.
The initial route to market is B2B2C, working with clinics, insurers and healthcare providers. The product is being built. Now the commercial engine needs to be built around it.
To help them figure out what scales, we’re looking for a Founding GTM Engineer who can combine growth, RevOps, automation and hands‑on sales.
Experience in healthcare, fintech or another regulated industry would be particularly relevant, but isn’t essential. The same applies to experience in a high‑growth, VC‑backed company or speaking additional languages.
This is a team of roughly 9–15 people, so the role comes with considerably more ownership than a typical specialist GTM or RevOps position.
You’ll work closely with the founding team and have visibility across product, sales, growth and company‑level decisions. There’s a high bar for ownership and execution: you’ll be expected to identify problems, propose solutions, build them and learn quickly from what happens next.
This probably isn’t the role for someone who wants to own one narrow piece of a mature revenue organization. It’s much better suited to someone who enjoys building the machine while also helping run it.
This is a full-time, onsite role in Munich. English is the company’s working language.
