We're seeking a highly motivated and versatile Growth Manager to join our centralized User Acquisition department. This is a critical, high-impact role where you will take ownership of diverse, core user acquisition channels, utilizing your expertise across platforms like Paid Social, Search, and Affiliate marketing. This position is ideal for a proactive, data-driven marketer who thrives on cross-functional work, is eager to quickly master new challenges, and wants to be instrumental in scaling our user base across various projects. What You’ll Do 🎯
  • Own & Scale Diverse Channels: Take full ownership of key performance marketing channels (e.g., Paid Social, Search, Affiliate), managing significant budgets and optimizing campaigns to hit ambitious user acquisition and ROI targets across different internal projects.

  • Run & Refine Processes: Build, implement, and run efficient, scalable marketing processes, from campaign planning and execution to a consistent framework for reporting and analysis across multiple channel types.

  • Drive Strategic Insights: Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities across channels, translate complex findings into actionable strategies, and communicate your recommendations to the leadership team.

  • Collaborate for Business Impact: Work closely with stakeholders from Product and Creative teams to align goals, test new initiatives, and ensure that marketing efforts directly contribute to the company's holistic growth.

  • Pioneer New Initiatives: Proactively identify, test, and lead the launch of new marketing channels and initiatives, demonstrating a commitment to finding diverse growth levers.

  • Agile Marketing Expertise: A proven track record of successfully managing and scaling user acquisition efforts across multiple digital channels (e.g., Paid Social, Google/Search, Affiliate, Display).

  • Budget & Process Ownership: Experience owning and managing significant marketing budgets and a proven ability to build and implement robust, scalable marketing processes.

  • Strategic & Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze performance data, identify growth opportunities, and translate those insights into a clear, actionable plan.

  • Hands-on Execution & Learning Agility: A history of being a hands-on "doer," who is just as comfortable building a campaign as they are analyzing its performance, with a strong willingness to rapidly learn and master new channels or platforms.

  • Ad-Tech Fluency: A comprehensive understanding of the digital marketing and mobile ad-tech ecosystem, including key players, measurement standards, and user acquisition best practices.
