Job Description:
YOUR TASKS:
- Lead and manage a team of Project Managers responsible for wind turbine component development
- Provide strategic and technical guidance to ensure successful project execution
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and align project goals across departments
- Oversee multiple development projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture
- Ensure technical feasibility in collaboration with interdisciplinary engineering teams
- Manage the full development lifecycle from concept to serial production
- Implement effective risk and stakeholder management strategies
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project management processes
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards
YOUR PROFILE
- M.Sc. in Engineering, Physics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent), with additional training in Project Management
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring Project Managers, ideally in the wind energy sector
- Strong background in project management methodologies; PM certification preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Systematic, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
- Proficient in MS Office (incl. MS Project Server); experience with ERP and PLM systems is a plus
- Intercultural competence and ability to work in international teams
- Fluent in English; German and Spanish are a plus
- Willingness to travel as needed
