Zusammenfassung

OQEMA Group seeks a Group Director Marketing & Communications to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy across our international footprint. You will shape brand positioning, drive multichannel campaigns and lead the global marketing team to deliver measurable growth.

The role demands senior experience in B2B marketing, strong leadership, fluent English and German, and willingness to travel. Hybrid work model and leadership exposure to senior management are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Several years in a senior Marketing or Communications role, ideally international B2B.
• Expertise in strategic and operational marketing, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Campaign Management and Corporate Communications.
• Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies across countries, channels and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, CMS solutions, marketing automation and analytics tools.
• Experience leading and developing teams in international or matrix organisations.
• Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with execution focus and measurable results.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English (C1) and excellent German (C2).
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Group Director Marketing & Communications (m/f/d)

Your Impact

• Develop and lead the Group-wide Marketing & Communications strategy in line with OQEMA’s overall business objectives
• Strengthen OQEMA’s brand positioning and visibility across international markets
• Develop and implement integrated marketing and communication initiatives with measurable impact on growth, positioning and stakeholder engagement
• Lead multichannel campaigns across digital media, print, social media, events and corporate communications
• Drive the continuous development of the OQEMA Group’s digital presence, with a focus on consistency, innovation and customer engagement
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Business Development and our European operating companies to support strategic product launches and commercial initiatives
• Oversee marketing materials, content strategies, corporate communications and public relations
• Ensure a consistent brand presence and value-driven communication across countries, channels and target groups
• Lead and develop an international Marketing & Communications team
• Strengthen collaboration between Group and local marketing teams, relevant business functions and external partners

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field
• Several years of experience in a senior Marketing or Communications role, ideally within an international B2B environment
• Strong expertise in strategic and operational marketing, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Campaign Management and Corporate Communications
• Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies across different countries, channels and stakeholder groups
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, CMS solutions, marketing automation and analytics tools
• Experience in leading and developing teams within an international or matrix organisation
• Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset combined with a strong focus on execution and measurable results
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English (C1) and excellent German (C2)
• Willingness to travel internationally
