The role covers a broad range of topics - from investigating operational issues and supporting complex cases to understanding how processes, systems and data fit together.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning how things work and finding better ways of working. We are looking for curiosity, sound judgment and the motivation to develop.

What you need to have

• German language skills at C1 level or above.
