Trading 212 Ltd. in Berlin seeks a detail-oriented operations professional to support and optimize our investment platform. You will execute daily processes, monitor systems, and resolve issues to ensure smooth client experiences.

You will collaborate with Product and Customer Service, document SOPs, and contribute to automation initiatives. A degree in business/finance and a passion for fintech are essential for success.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
• Process design and process management skills.
• A keen interest in financial markets and trading operations.
• Interest in how digital products and investment platforms work.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in applications of AI in the financial services industry.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and monitor day-to-day operational processes that support our investment platform.
• Identify operational issues, investigate root causes, and support their resolution.
• Implement and improve operational workflows and contribute to their improvement and automation.
• Work closely with Product, Customer Service, and other internal teams to address operational dependencies and challenges.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all standard operating procedures SOPs and control frameworks.
• Monitor internal systems to optimise operational efficiency and address any potential disruptions promptly.
• Support improvement projects and gradually take ownership of parts of the operation.
