Job summary

Trading212 in Berlin is seeking an Operations Analyst to run day-to-day processes that support the investment platform. You will identify issues, document root causes, and contribute to improving workflows and automation in collaboration with Product and Customer Service teams.

You will monitor systems for efficiency, support improvement projects, and progressively own parts of the operation while maintaining SOPs and control frameworks.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
• Process design and process management skills.
• A keen interest in financial markets and trading operations.
• Interest in how digital products and investment platforms work.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in applications of AI in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor day-to-day operational processes that support our investment platform.
