DHL Global Forwarding, Freight is seeking a Working Student in Bonn starting October 2026 for 6 or 12 months. Join our global GoGreen team to develop green solutions, report on GHG emissions, and create tools and training programs, while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, international logistics setting.

You must be enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program and demonstrate strong analytics, communication, and MS Office skills.

Our Global GoGreen Team is responsible for managing and developing our green solution portfolio, including Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emission & reduction reporting, developing innovative tools and solutions, and creating internal awareness and training programs. Your tasks

• Manage communication related to our GoGreen training programs
• Handle operational processes associated with the GoGreen training programs
• Provide monthly reports on the GoGreen training programs using Excel and PowerPoint
• Support the monthly reporting on GoGreen Plus KPIs
• Manage the operational aspects of the GoGreen Expert community, including email distribution lists, Teams channels, and contact lists etc.
• Maintain and update internal communication channels to ensure timely and accurate distribution of information
• Ad‑hoc support of GoGreen Team members, e.g. related to reporting, creation of presentations, creation of marketing material etc.

Your profile

• Enrolment in a relevant Bachelor or Master program is a must‑have
• Strong analytical, problem solving and innovative mind‑set
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office especially in Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English oral and written; ideally advanced knowledge of German language
• Team working skills with high intercultural sensitivity and willingness to work in a hybrid setup (mix between home office and office presence)
