IMPORTANT: The contract will be signed for 6 months + 6 months with the possibility of an extension. [ATTENTION BEFORE APPLYING! One needs to be either a bachelor graduate not more than 2 months before the internship start date or needs to maintain a Master's student status throughout the internship period. Second Master's, current Bachelor's students and Bachelor's graduates more than two months are not allowed to apply!]

Our Global External Relations department is looking for an intern primarily supporting the CEO & CFO Communications team. In this role, you will help prepare the CEO and CFO for integrated communications activities across internal communications, social media, and media relations. You will support content planning, content development, and the evaluation of communication activities and outcomes. You will work closely with colleagues across Global External Relations and contribute to high-impact projects.

• Support integrated communications planning and execution in close collaboration with international teams.
• Help prepare CEO and CFO communication materials, including interview briefings, executive presentations, video scripts, and Q&As.
• Create and develop communications content such as quotes, LinkedIn posts, graphics, and intranet or blog articles.
• Use AI tools to enhance the quality, effectiveness, and discoverability (GEO) of communications content and processes.
• Support the measurement and evaluation of communication activities, with a focus on LinkedIn and the corporate intranet.
• Support day-to-day team activities, including media and influencer inquiries, research, database maintenance, video production, and distribution list maintenance.
• Contribute to quarterly earnings communications and the integrated communications activities surrounding the Annual General Meeting.
