Кандидат будет работать в рамках полного стека: от backend до Parts фронтенда, участвовать в финансовых проектах и цифровых банковских решениях.

Qualifications

• Высшее IT-образование или эквивалент, plus несколько лет опыта бэкенд-разработки.
• Занимающиеся переходом в IT или сменой профессии приветствуются, при наличии релевантного опыта.
• Опыт бэкенд-разработки на Go или аналогичных языках (Java, Kotlin, C++, C#, Python, Rust, Swift).
• Опыт работы с AWS облачными технологиями.
• Знание архитектур событий (Kafka, SNS, SQS) и современных облачных БД (DynamoDB, SQL/NoSQL).
• Готовность поддерживать процесс разработки до эксплуатации (DevOps).
• Умение работать в agile-команде, интерес к новым технологиям, непрерывному обучению и техническим решениям.
• Любопытство к смежным темам и openness к AI-инструментам разработки.

Responsibilities

• Участие в задачах фронтенда и полный цикл разработки от идеи до релиза.
• Участие в финансовых направлениях, включая цифровое управление капиталом и современные банковские решения.

• Take technical responsibility for designing, developing, and optimizing cloud-based backend services in an agile environment
• Support the end-to-end development process, from conception and implementation through operation
• Help shape system and software architecture and use and advance technologies in cloud infrastructure, event-driven architectures, and serverless computing
• Continuously improve and scale systems and processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Contribute to frontend tasks and participate in the full-stack lifecycle
• Contribute to financial topics including digital wealth management, automated investment strategies, and modern banking and payment solutions

Требования:

• Completed IT degree or comparable qualification, combined with several years of backend development experience;
• career changers with relevant experience are also welcome
• Backend development experience with Go or comparable programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, C++, C#, Python, Rust, or Swift
• Experience with AWS cloud technologies
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures such as Kafka, SNS, and SQS, and modern cloud-based database systems such as DynamoDB and SQL/NoSQL
• Willingness to support the full process from development through operation, with a DevOps mindset
• Enjoy working in an agile team and an interest in new technologies, continuous development, and contributing to technical decisions
• Curiosity beyond one's own area and openness to new topics
• Curiosity and openness toward AI-assisted development tools and agentic coding workflows such as Claude Code
• Fluent German and English, spoken and written
• High ownership, good communication, and teamwork skills
