GlobalFoundries is seeking an Experienced Reliability Engineer to support qualification and reliability assessment of advanced semiconductor technologies. You will work with Technology Development, Manufacturing, and Design teams to ensure robust reliability and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in semiconductor reliability engineering, technology development, process integration, or device engineering.
• Understanding of semiconductor reliability failure mechanisms such as HCI, NBTI, TDDB, and Electromigration.
• Experience with reliability qualification, data analysis, and root cause investigations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Maintain reliability procedures, test methods, and technical documentation.
• Support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (EHS&S) requirements and work practices.
