About the Role – As our Global SAP Project Manager, you will:

• Lead the global rollout of SAP S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Manage cross-functional teams across multiple countries and time zones.
• Oversee project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate closely with business and IT leaders to ensure successful delivery and adoption.

What You Bring:

• 15+ years of SAP project management experience, including global SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Experience with SAP Cloud ALM and the SAP Activate project methodology.
• Strong knowledge of data migration strategies and integration techniques.
• Proven track record in budget management and resource allocation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a proven ability to manage complex, multi-site projects.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate through challenges efficiently.
• Experience in change management and training to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., medtech, pharma, manufacturing) is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a bonus.
