Job summary

Rhenus Logistics is seeking a recruiting professional to own end-to-end IT and specialist hiring across global markets. You will drive proactive sourcing, build strong talent pipelines and partner with Hiring Managers to ensure high-quality hires and a smooth candidate experience.

Fluent German and English at C1 level are required to operate effectively in our international business environment and collaborate with stakeholders across regions.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, business administration, psychology or equivalent.
• Experience in full-cycle IT recruitment and specialist profiles.
• Expertise in active sourcing, candidate engagement and pipeline development.
• Experience with structured, competency-based interviews and candidate assessment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders.
• German and English fluency at C1 level for international business.

• Drive proactive sourcing initiatives, talent mapping and pipeline development to attract hard-to-find talent in highly competitive markets.
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers and key stakeholders to ensure high-quality hiring decisions and an excellent recruitment experience.
• Build and maintain sustainable talent pools while identifying opportunities to match candidates across multiple roles and regions.
• Reduce dependency on external agencies and headhunters through effective direct sourcing and strategic talent engagement.

What You Bring:

Successfully completed university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable field.

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting with a strong focus on IT, technology or other specialist profiles.
• Strong expertise in Active Sourcing, candidate engagement and pipeline development within competitive talent markets.
• Experience conducting structured and competency-based interviews and assessing candidate potential beyond technical qualifications.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies, stakeholders and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
• Fluent German and English language skills at least at C1 Level, enabling effective communication in an international business environment.
