Zusammenfassung

Nexperia Germany GmbH is seeking a process-focused Quality Auditor to strengthen our global quality systems and ensure ISO9001 and IATF16949 compliance. You will lead audit programs, support site integration into the Nexperia Management System, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive continuous improvement and quality excellence.

The ideal candidate has a technical engineering background, at least 3 years in quality roles within semiconductors or high-demand

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, operations, or science.
• Min 3 years of technical quality experience in semiconductors, electronics or high demanding industry.
• Manufacturing knowledge in automotive or other demanding industry.
• Semiconductor process and product knowledge.
• Certified Internal Auditor highly desirable (such as IATF 16949, ISO9001, VDA 6.3)
• Strong communication and influencing abilities.
• Team player with multicultural awareness.
• Hands-on mentality to drive innovative solutions independently.
• Excellent English and German for international communication.
• Desired: Knowledge in Project Management.
• Desired: Knowledge in Data Analysis and System development.

• Develop Nexperia’s quality systems and tools.
