Zusammenfassung

Nexperia in Hamburg is seeking an experienced leader to govern the Operational Excellence system for the Hamburg Wafer Fab. You will own and continuously improve the management system, align priorities with the Fab Management Team, and drive strategic improvement initiatives across the organization.

Lead the Cost Down roadmap, ensure transparent KPI tracking, and escalate risks when targets are at risk. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-site collaboration, and sustained

Qualifikationen

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Operational Excellence, Manufacturing, Operations, or Industrial Engineering
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and factory operations preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in driving cross-functional improvement initiatives and delivering measurable results.
  • Ability to influence, challenge, and align stakeholders up to senior management level.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a management-oriented mindset.
  • Structured, result-oriented, and highly self-driven way of working.
  • Interest in digitalization, automation, data analytics, and AI applications.
  • Fluent English skills; German is highly desirable.

Aufgaben
