Job summary

Nexperia in Hamburg, Germany, seeks a metrology specialist for SiC and GaN semiconductor manufacturing to optimize measurement methods and equipment. You will analyze metrology data, lead improvements, and coordinate knowledge sharing with internal and external contacts.

The role requires hands-on wafer fab metrology experience, strong teamwork, and fluency in German with good English. You will contribute to transfer ramp-ups and cross-project collaboration.

Qualifications

• Education in Semiconductor Device Physics or Semiconductor Technology and/or Microelectronics.
• Minimum experience is 3+ years depending on educational credentials.
• Knowledge of semiconductor devices and industrial semiconductor technology.
• Hands on experience in wafer fab process module developments and metrology equipment.
• Team player with a strong drive to achieve success.
• Fluency in German.
• Good level in English
• Good communication skills, both verbal and in writing

• Active member in PC&O Process improvement teams
