Job summary

Döhler, a global producer and provider of technology-driven natural ingredients, seeks a professional to drive digital transformation on the shopfloor from concept to global rollout.

You will identify opportunities to improve manufacturing performance and translate them into scalable digital solutions, prototype and industrialize innovations across our production network. Fluent English is required; German is a plus. A degree in CS/Engineering and hands-on commissioning experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering digitalization projects end-to-end in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on commissioning experience and solid understanding of shopfloor operations and production realities.
• Strong technical affinity with practical coding experience (e.g., Python, APIs, IIoT) to rapidly develop and implement solutions.
• Passion for digital technologies, innovation, and solving real-world industrial challenges.
• Strong ownership mindset with initiative to make things happen.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions and levels.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage.
