TT Exchange Rates is seeking a Global Product Manager for compounds used in beverage applications. You will own the product line, drive portfolio strategy, coordinate with R&D, marketing, pricing and sales, and lead growth initiatives across a global matrix.

The role requires a proven track record in food and beverage product management, ability to craft roadmaps, manage cross-functional teams, and travel up to 20% to support customers and partners worldwide.

Qualifikationen

• Successful track record as a product manager in the food and beverage industry, ideally in B2B environments.
• Degree in food technology, general business administration, biotechnology or similar qualification.
• Proven track record creating and executing product roadmaps incrementally and sustainably.

• Develop and deploy the product line and portfolio for beverage compounds, including BD, supply chain, pricing, innovation and growth.
• Manage global assortment with product org and stakeholders in a global matrix.
• Define a roadmap to drive business and revenue growth with the Team Leader Product Management.
• Roll-out product innovations and extensions with strong implementation and market traction.
• Attend regular meetings with R&D, Marketing, Pricing and Sales to align on strategy.
• Monitor competitors and prepare competitive analyses.
• Support sales through customer visits, projects and briefings on product and market know-how.
• Define success metrics and analyze customer feedback to inform the roadmap.
• Communicate portfolio updates across media, including displays inside and outside the organization.
• Ensure in-house trainings to deepen understanding of portfolio and positioning.

Global Product Manager responsible for developing and deploying the product line and portfolio of compounds for beverage applications, overseeing business development, supply chain, pricing, innovation and overall growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy the product line and product portfolio of "Compounds for beverage applications" including business development, supply chain, pricing, innovation and overall growth initiatives.
• Manage the global assortment with the product organization and internal stakeholders within our global matrix organization.
• Define a roadmap to drive the business and revenue growth in close alignment with the Team Leader Product Management.
• Roll‑out product innovations and assortment extensions globally and cross-functionally with strong focus on effective implementation and rapid market traction.
• Attend regular meetings with R&D, Marketing, Pricing and Sales teams to agree on the pricing strategy, product portfolio, and supply chain topics.
• Actively monitor competitors to benchmark portfolio and prepare competitive analysis.
• Support the sales team by engaging in customer visits, projects and briefings to share product and market know‑how.
• Define success metrics and analyze customer feedback and product usage to inform the product roadmap.
• Communicate portfolio updates on all media, including product portfolio displays within and outside the organization.
• Ensure in‑house trainings to foster deeper understanding of product portfolio and positioning.
