We are looking for a (technical) expert with a focus on brewing to join us as a Technical Product Manager.

The Role

• Beverage/food technology or brewing specialist, with in-depth industry expertise - particularly in applications and B2B products - to develop optimal solutions for customers.
• Co-owning projects in the Lead-to-Order process and supporting Sales in identifying the best products, services, and technical solutions for relevant customer requests.
• Working closely with the Account Manager during the briefing phase of the Lead-to-Order process, finalize the briefing, select products from the portfolio, or define and initiate development orders for D&A or R&D.
• Serve as the gatekeeper for development requests, evaluating business relevance and cost–benefit ratio, and coordinating prioritization.
• Deep knowledge of our portfolio to work closely with the Business Units to optimize and further develop it, taking regional requirements and market trends into account.
• Shape the regional or territory-specific B2C assortment in alignment with market segments and application teams.
• Identify co-development opportunities with customers and participate in innovation projects to create added value for both customers and Döhler.

The Profile

• Highly experienced technical expert (m/f/d) with strong commercial drive.
• Demonstrate a high level of assertiveness and persistence, combined with outstanding communication skills.
• Successfully completed degree in beverage or food technology, brewing, or a comparable natural science discipline.
• Strong communicator and enjoy working in a team.
• A solution- and goal-oriented mindset is essential for you to perform successfully.
• Proficient in MS Office and ideally experience with SAP.
• Working languages are German and English.
• Willingness to travel and participate in customer meetings.
• Ideally, at least 5–8 years of experience in product development, R&D, sales, or within a Business Unit or market segment (at Döhler), in the brewing industry, or a comparable industry.
