Döhler is seeking a Technical Product Manager with a focus on beverages to drive technical solutions from concept to customer delivery. You will co-own Lead-to-Order processes, evaluate development requests, and collaborate with sales and account teams to select optimal products and innovations for key customers.

We value deep industry knowledge in beverage or brewing sectors, strong communication, and willingness to travel. German and English are working languages; SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in beverage or food technology, brewing, or a comparable natural science discipline.
• Strong knowledge of beverage technology and brewing applications for B2B products.
• Experience in project prioritization and cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Co-owning projects in the Lead-to-Order process and supporting Sales in identifying the best products, services, and technical solutions for relevant customer requests.
• Working closely with the Account Manager during the briefing phase of Lead-to-Order to finalize the briefing, select products from the portfolio, or define and initiate development orders for D&A or R&D.
• Serve as the gatekeeper for development requests, evaluating business relevance and cost–benefit ratio, and coordinating prioritization.
• Deep knowledge of the Döhler portfolio to work with Business Units, considering regional requirements and market trends.
• Shape regional or territory-specific B2C assortment in alignment with market segments and application teams.
• Identify co-development opportunities with customers and participate in innovation projects to create added value.

We are looking for a (technical) expert with a focus on brewing to join us as a Technical Product Manager.

The Role

• Beverage/food technology or brewing specialist, with in-depth industry expertise -particularly in applications and B2B products - to develop optimal solutions for customers.
• Co-owningprojects in the Lead-to-Order process and supporting Sales in identifying the best products, services, and technical solutions for relevant customer requests.
• Working closely with the Account Manager during the briefing phase of the Lead-to-Order process, finalize the briefing, select products from the portfolio, or define and initiate development orders for D&A or R&D.

• Deep knowledge of our portfolio to work closely with the Business Units to optimize and further develop it, taking regional requirements and market trends into account.
• Shape the regional or territory-specific B2C assortment in alignment with market segments and application teams.
• Identify co-development opportunities with customers and participate in innovation projects to create added value for both customers and Döhler.

The Profile

• Highly experienced technical expert (m/f/d)with strong commercial drive.
• Demonstrate a high level of assertiveness and persistence, combined with outstanding communication skills.
• Successfully completeddegree in beverage or food technology, brewing, or a comparable natural science discipline.
• Strong communicator and enjoyworking in a team.
• A solution- and goal-oriented mindset is essential for you to perform successfully.
• Proficient in MS Office and ideallyexperience with SAP.
• Working languages are German and English.
• Willingness to travel and participate in customer meetings.
• Ideally, at least 5–8 years of experience in product development, R&D, sales, or within a Business Unit or market segment (at Döhler), in the brewing industry, or a comparable industry.
