Job summary

Labo is seeking a Global Process Manager (Management System) to lead and improve the Process House, support global process owners, and roll out the Operate Management System across regions. The role involves developing global standards, methods, and tools, and coordinating with regional IMS Heads to strengthen process ownership.

The ideal candidate has ISO 9001/14001/45001 knowledge, audit experience, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in process management, IMS, quality management, or a comparable function within an international environment.
• Proven expertise in the development, implementation, and continous improvement of management system processes and governance structures.
• Strong knowledge of international standards and management systems, particularly ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and related frameworks.
• Experience in conducting or supporting audits, certifications, management reviews and organizational assessments.
• Strong understanding of process modeling, process governance and process ownership concepts.
• Experience in developing and implementing global standards, methods, tools and performance indicators (KPIs).
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skill with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, regions and organizational levels.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Host and improve the HARTING Process House and support global process owners in generating standard-compliant processes.
• Define and coordinate the global Operate Management System (MS) process, developing global requirements, standards, methods and tools.
• Initiate, support and execute projects to improve the Process Operate MS and its performance.
• Coordinate rollout with the regional IMS Heads and design global requirements, standards and tools.
• Define corresponding key figures and monitor trends towards management.
• Provide training and communication of existing and new requirements, processes, methods and tools of the Process Operate MS.
• Evaluate global customer contracts regarding IMS aspects.
