Job summary

HARTING Technology Group sucht einen Professionellen Laboringenieur / Testingenieur (m/w/d) zur Sicherstellung der Funktionalität und Zuverlässigkeit unserer Produkte durch strenge Tests. Sie entwickeln detaillierte Testpläne, führen Tests präzise aus und bereiten Berichte gemäß Laborstandards vor.

Sie interpretieren Testergebnisse, kommunizieren Befunde intern und extern und tragen zur kontinuierlichen Produktqualität bei.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in einem technischen Bereich (Elektro, Mechanik, Materialwissenschaft, Physik).
• Erste Berufserfahrung im Testlabor, Qualitätsmanagement, Produktvalidierung oder vergleichbarer Umgebung.
• Kenntnisse zu elektrischen, mechanischen und/oder Umwelt-Testverfahren und -Standards.
• Gute Englischkenntnisse; Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.

Responsibilities

• Durchführung von Funktions- und Zuverlässigkeitstests an HARTING-Produkten.
• Erstellung von Testplänen basierend auf definierten Anforderungen.
• Interpretation von Testergebnissen und Erstellung von Berichten nach Laborstandards.
• Kommunikation der Ergebnisse an relevante Stakeholder.
• Unterstützung bei kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen der Produktqualität.

As a Professional Laboratory Engineer / Test Engineer (m/f/d), you will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and reliability of HARTING products through rigorous and timely testing procedures. You will develop detailed test plans based on defined requirements and execute these tests with precision. Your role includes interpreting test results, preparing comprehensive reports in accordance with laboratory standards, and clearly communicating findings to relevant stakeholders. Additionally, you will represent and explain test outcomes in both internal and external discussions, contributing to the continuous improvement of product quality and performance.

Tasks And Responsibilities

• Tests on the function and reliability of HARTING products.
• Execution of valid tests according to the service level.
• Creation of test schedules for defined requirements.
• Conducting the tests with interpretation and communication of the results.
• Preparation of reports according to the requirements of the laboratory.
• Representing and explaining the test results.

Professional Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
• Initial professional experience in a testing laboratory, quality assurance, product validation, or a comparable technical environment.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and/or environmental testing methods and procedures.
• Understanding of relevant testing standards, specifications, and laboratory processes.
• Ability to develop structured test plans and execute tests accurately and efficiently
• Experience in preparing technical reports and documenting test results in a clear and professional manner.
• Good English language skills, both written and spoken; additional German language skills are an advantage.
• Team-oriented mindset combined with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
