Jobtailor is seeking a senior OT security leader to oversee global manufacturing cybersecurity. You will drive segmentation, asset visibility, and monitoring while shaping the OT security strategy and platform roadmap across multiple sites.

Expect to partner with CIOs and global security teams, embed controls into manufacturing environments, and guide engineering through risk-based decisions with strong technical governance. This role emphasizes leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Jobbeschreibung

• Lead and advance OT security best practices across the global manufacturing portfolio
• Drive IT/OT segmentation, micro segmentation, asset inventory, continuous monitoring, and remote access controls
• Own the OT security strategy, architecture, and platform roadmap
• Prioritize and sequence capability delivery across segmentation, monitoring, asset visibility, and related technologies
• Hold final approval authority for major architecture decisions and associated risk acceptance
• Partner with global security functions, CIOs, and operating company technology teams
• Align enterprise security priorities with operating company execution
• Embed security controls into manufacturing environments
• Author enterprise OT security policies, standards, and technical guidance
• Provide technical oversight to engineering and platform teams
• Conduct security assessments against established OT security frameworks
• Identify and remediate control gaps
• Monitor manufacturing-focused cyber threats and emerging adversary TTPs
• Translate threat intelligence and risk insights into defensive priorities, control enhancements, and investment decisions
• Provide senior technical leadership to a team of engineering leads

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in OT/industrial control system (ICS) security, industrial network engineering, or manufacturing cybersecurity
• Experience establishing technical strategy, governance, and security programs across multi-site industrial environments
• Ability to operate as both a business and technology leader
• Experience partnering with CIOs, global security functions, and technology teams
• Expertise in OT security architecture and manufacturing security best practices
• Knowledge of IT/OT segmentation, micro segmentation, asset inventory, monitoring, Purdue Model/ISA-95 zone concepts, industrial DMZ design, IT/OT boundary controls
• Hands-on experience with OT security technologies for segmentation, asset visibility, and monitoring
• Knowledge of OT/ICS environments and cybersecurity frameworks
• Experience assessing industrial and manufacturing sites against IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, ISA-99, and CISA/NSA OT security guidance
• Working knowledge of PLCs, DCS, SCADA, HMIs, historians, building management systems, OT protocols, and associated network dependencies
• Experience authoring and implementing OT security policies, standards, and technical guidelines across enterprise-scale industrial organizations
• Understanding of adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) targeting manufacturing and industrial environments
