A global medical technology company is seeking a Senior Manager for Operational Excellence in Karlsruhe. This role involves leading initiatives to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across manufacturing sites. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, a background in manufacturing, and strong leadership abilities. Competitive salary ranging from €80,700 to €145,300 annually.

Reporting to the Associate Director, Global BD Excellence, the Global BD Excellence Senior Manager – Factory Flow will lead initiatives that foster a culture of operational and customer excellence. You will be instrumental in deploying the BD Excellence program, championing Continuous Improvement (CI), and implementing sustainable performance enhancements across quality, delivery, cost, and safety.
