Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled Technical Property Manager to take full ownership of the technical management of a residential property portfolio for the Rhine-Main region. You will oversee daily operations from assessment through repair execution, and plan major maintenance and renovation projects.

Responsibilities include managing external contractors, handling insurance claims end-to-end, and presenting technical matters at HOA meetings.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in Technical Property Management or a technical/trade role.
• Solid technical understanding of core trades (heating, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and structural elements).
• Existing regional network of contractors in the Rhine-Main area.
• Valid Class B driver's license.
• Fluent German (C2) for negotiations and client management.
