• Responsibility for technical and visual on-site inspections to ensure that all work is executed in accordance with the execution plans, specifications, and our quality standards
• Daily communication with subcontractors to proactively avoid obstacles and delays

Requirements

• A completed degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in site management, ideally in building construction with a focus on renovation projects
• Knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.) as well as common construction management software
• Fluent German (C1/C2) and a confident, assertive yet cooperative manner
• Driver’s license and willingness to visit construction sites daily (on-site/office-first)
• Strong practical mentality and an entrepreneurial mindset
