We are actively searching for a hands-on, growth-focused Sustainability Consultant (m/f/d) to join our expanding advisory division. In this pivotal role, you will lead corporate clients along their carbon management roadmaps, validate AI-calculated metrics, and continuously enhance our internal consulting procedures to maximize our environmental influence at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Client Account Leadership

• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for enterprise partners, managing Corporate Carbon Footprints (CCF), Product Carbon Footprints (PCF), and strategic decarbonization plans using our proprietary digital platform.

Data Verification & Processing

• Examine corporate operational and ESG data to construct precise CCF/PCF profiles while auditing machine-generated emission factor allocations to guarantee total data integrity.

Workflow Engineering & Automation

• Regularly review, optimize, and standardize our internal CCF consulting methodologies alongside colleagues to boost team capacity and operational efficiency.

Client Enablement & Support

• Act as the dedicated operational liaison for corporate accounts while creating scalable user guides, client knowledge repositories, and streamlined support frameworks.

Executive Stakeholder Communication

• Craft and deliver impactful, articulate case studies and technical briefings during executive reviews and strategic client workshops.

Product Team Collaboration

• Gather frontline client insights and system feedback to deliver structured feature requests directly to our software engineering teams, driving product evolution.

Requirements

Core Qualifications

• Language Capabilities: C2 native-level German fluency (strictly required for corporate client engagements), combined with strong C1/C2 professional English skills.
• Professional Background: Minimum 2 years of direct experience within ESG advisory practices or internal corporate sustainability functions, specifically centered on CCF, PCF, or Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) frameworks.
• Hands-on Execution: Proven history of directly computing and verifying carbon accounting models (moving beyond theoretical concepts or purely managerial oversight).
• Agile Mindset: A proactive, autonomous approach capable of balancing daily client execution with the long-term design of scalable operational workflows.
• Organizational Expertise: Superior project management competencies paired with a clear, logical, and compelling communication style.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous consulting experience with mid-sized enterprises (Mittelstand) or large multinational corporations.
• Professional background in Climate Tech, Clean-Tech SaaS platforms, or consumer goods/retail industry sustainability frameworks.
• Practical experience establishing customer onboarding hubs (knowledge bases, help centers) or deploying workflow automation tools.
