Velenosi&Meredith is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Advisor (Inbound) to join our Sofia-based, on-site team. You will handle inbound German calls, assist with billing, product and technical inquiries, and identify sales opportunities while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

The role requires C2 German, at least B1 English, and flexibility for rotating shifts (Mon–Sun, 09:00–22:00). EU citizenship is required; hybrid options may follow after four months based on KPIs.

About the Role

Join a leading customer support team supporting a prestigious Swiss telecommunications company. You'll assist customers via inbound calls, resolve inquiries, provide product and billing support, and identify sales opportunities while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

• C2 German proficiency (spoken and written)
• Minimum B1 English
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working rotational shifts (Monday–Sunday, between 09:00–22:00)
• Willing to work on-site (hybrid option available after 4 months based on KPIs)
