Zusammenfassung

Velenosi&Meredith is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Advisor (Inbound) to join our Sofia-based team. You will handle inbound German calls, resolve billing and product queries, and support customers with technical issues, while looking for sales opportunities to enhance satisfaction.

You will work on-site in Sofia with hybrid options after 4 months, subject to performance. The role requires German C2 and English at least B1, plus strong communication skills and flexibility to rotate

• Comfortable working rotational shifts (Mon-Sun, 09:00–22:00).

About the Role

Join a leading customer support team supporting a prestigious Swiss telecommunications company. You'll assist customers via inbound calls, resolve inquiries, provide product and billing support, and identify sales opportunities while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• C2 German proficiency (spoken and written)
• Minimum B1 English
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working rotational shifts (Monday–Sunday, between 09:00–22:00)
• Willing to work on-site (hybrid option available after 4 months based on KPIs)
