WW Talents is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join its international team in Athens. You will provide professional support across phone, email and chat, helping customers with inquiries, orders and account issues.

The role is on-site in Piraeus with a relocation package and a base salary of €1,300 gross per month plus bonuses. German (C1/C2) and English (B2-C1) are required, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• German language at C1/C2 level.

• Experience in customer service or helpdesk is preferred but not required.

Work Location: Piraeus, Athens, Greece
Work Model: On-site (Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts; Rotating working hours
Salary: €1,300 gross paid over 14- month + bonuses + Monthly productivity bonuses based on target achievement, with amounts varying by project (up to €240)+full relocation package (4 week hotel accommodation, real estate agency fee, flight ticket,airport pick up)

Your Role

As a German-speaking Customer Service Representative, you will provide professional customer support, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in German via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with general inquiries, product and service information, orders, and account-related requests
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, providing timely and effective solutions
• Accurately document customer interactions and update records using CRM and customer support systems
• Deliver friendly, professional, and solution-oriented support throughout the customer journey
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Follow company procedures, service standards, and quality guidelines
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

What We Are Looking For

• C1/C2 level German
• English proficiency at B2-C1 level for training and internal communication
• Previous experience in customer service, customer support, technical support, helpdesk, call center, or contact center is preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented, professional, and solution-driven mindset
• Comfortable working in an international and dynamic environment
