WW Talents in Athens is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to provide professional support across phone, email and chat channels. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience while working in an international team.

The role requires strong German language skills (C1/C2) and good English (B2-C1). On-site work with a relocation package is offered, including hotel accommodation and travel support.

Qualifications

• German language at C1/C2 level is required.
• English proficiency at B2-C1 level for training and internal communication.
• Previous experience in customer service or support is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are necessary, plus a customer-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Work Location: Piraeus, Athens, Greece
Work Model: On-site (Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts; Rotating working hours
Salary: €1,300 gross paid over 14- month + bonuses + Monthly productivity bonuses based on target achievement, with amounts varying by project (up to €240)+full relocation package (4 week hotel accommodation, real estate agency fee, flight ticket,airport pick up)

Your Role

As a German-speaking Customer Service Representative, you will provide professional customer support, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in German via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with general inquiries, product and service information, orders, and account-related requests
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, providing timely and effective solutions
• Accurately document customer interactions and update records using CRM and customer support systems
