WW Talents in Dortmund is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team in Athens, Greece, delivering professional support across multiple channels.

The role is on-site in Piraeus with rotating shifts; relocation package is included. Salary is €1,300 gross paid over 14 months plus bonuses, with monthly productivity bonuses based on target achievement and project variations.

Qualifications

• German language level required: C1/C2.
• English level required for training and internal communication: B2-C1.
• Experience in customer service or related fields preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in German via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with general inquiries, product and service information, orders, and account-related requests.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update records using CRM and customer support systems.
• Deliver friendly, professional, and solution-oriented support throughout the customer journey.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Follow company procedures, service standards, and quality guidelines.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Work Location: Piraeus, Athens, Greece
Work Model: On-site (Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts; Rotating working hours
Salary: €1,300 gross paid over 14- month + bonuses + Monthly productivity bonuses based on target achievement, with amounts varying by project (up to €240)+full relocation package (4 week hotel accommodation, real estate agency fee, flight ticket,airport pick up)

Your Role

As a German-speaking Customer Service Representative, you will provide professional customer support, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in German via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with general inquiries, product and service information, orders, and account-related requests
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, providing timely and effective solutions
• Accurately document customer interactions and update records using CRM and customer support systems

What We Are Looking For

• C1/C2 level German
• English proficiency at B2-C1 level for training and internal communication
• Previous experience in customer service, customer support, technical support, helpdesk, call center, or contact center is preferred but not essential
