WW Talents in Piraeus, Greece, is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to provide professional support via phone, email, and chat. You will resolve inquiries, handle orders and accounts, and contribute to a positive customer experience across channels.

This on-site role requires strong German (C1/C2) and English (B2-C1) skills, and comfort working in an international environment. Relocation package includes 4-week hotel accommodation, flight tickets, real estate assistance;

Qualificações

Work Location: Piraeus, Athens, Greece
Work Model: On-site (Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts; Rotating working hours
Salary: €1,300 gross paid over 14- month + bonuses + Monthly productivity bonuses based on target achievement, with amounts varying by project (up to €240)+full relocation package (4 week hotel accommodation, real estate agency fee, flight ticket,airport pick up)

Your Role

As a German-speaking Customer Service Representative, you will provide professional customer support, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in German via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with general inquiries, product and service information, orders, and account-related requests
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, providing timely and effective solutions

What We Are Looking For

• C1/C2 level German
