Cross Border Talents is seeking a German-speaking Sales Specialist to lead inbound and outbound sales in the German market from Poland. You will identify opportunities, convert leads into partnerships, and build strong client relationships.

Applicants should have German language skills (C1–C2) and English at B2+. The role requires a proactive, target-driven approach and a valid EU work authorization for Poland. Relocation support is provided.
