Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding banking products and services in both German and English
• Utilize sales expertise to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions
• Assist customers with account openings, product inquiries, and various banking transactions
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed established sales targets
• Address customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution to maintain high levels of satisfaction
• Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions within the relevant systems
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking regulations and product offerings

Requirements

• Fluency in German and a strong command of English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
