You will handle non-technical troubleshooting via chat, email, and phone, maintaining a friendly, solution-focused approach. The shift is 10:00–19:00, Monday to Friday, with weekends free, and relocation to Sofia is provided with onboarding support.

Your Day-to-Day

• Helping users via chat, email, and phone with everyday, non-technical troubleshooting (think: unblocking accounts, fixing subscription issues, sorting out digital wallets).
• Keeping it friendly, helpful, and solution-oriented.
• The Shift Schedule: 10:00 - 19:00 (Monday to Friday only—weekends are 100% yours!).

Requirements

• Fluency in German + solid professional English skills.
