KWS Berlin GmbH, based in Berlin, is seeking a General Ledger Accountant (m/f/d) to ensure accurate financial records and continuous process improvement within a global business environment. The full-time position operates at our Berlin site for a two-year term.

Responsibilities include delivering operational services, handling ticketed requests, and contributing to process improvements while collaborating with Global Functions, GBO, and business units.

Qualifikationen

• Academic degree in business administration or accounting-related field.
• Relevant experience in general ledger.
• Experience working in a shared service organization.
• IT literacy in MS Office and ERP.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

• Processing of requests, and inquiries in the ticket system, adhering to agreed-upon response times.
• Actively participating in projects and contributing to the implementation and improvement of the processes.

Join our team as a General Ledger Accountant (m/f/d) and play a key role in ensuring accurate financial records, excellence driving process, and supporting a collaborative global business environment.

This is a full‑time position for two years. Your place of work is at our Berlin‑based entity KWS Berlin GmbH.
