Your tasks
  • Active sales of the TASCHEN program with a focus on acquiring new clients and expanding the existing customer base

  • Engaging with potential clients both by phone and in person

  • Proactive client acquisition and consistent follow-up

  • Leveraging your sales experience—ideally in art, gallery, luxury retail, or a comparable environment—to build long-term client relationships

  • Supporting the team with warehouse management, orders, database maintenance, coordination of incoming goods, shipments, as well as product presentation and maintenance

  • Applying your organizational skills at TASCHEN events such as book signings, art fairs, and openings both in Germany and abroad

  • Fluent communication skills in German and English (additional languages are a plus)

  • With your social skills, proactive and sales-driven mindset, and customer-oriented approach, you contribute to achieving and exceeding both personal and team sales targets
